What number should I order?

Measure your foot on a sheet of paper, then mark with a pencil from the tip of your big toe to your heel and with a ruler measure the distance between them. If one foot is larger than the other, always choose the larger number: that is your foot/insole size.

In the case of boots, it is recommended to buy one size larger for greater comfort.

📦 Return due to buyer's remorse (Article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code)

The customer may request a product return within 7 (seven) calendar days of receiving the order.
For a return to be accepted, the product must:

• Show no signs of use.
• Being in the original packaging
• To be in perfect condition for resale.
• It was only tested on a clean surface, with no wear on the sole.

⚠️ Products showing signs of use, dirt, odors, or damage will not be accepted for return. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

If a manufacturing defect is identified within 90 days, the customer should contact our customer service department.
Process:

• Send photos and a description of the defect.
